Sewu Temple is a Buddhist temple built in the 8th century BC, end of the reign Panangkaran. Panangkaran (746-784) was a renowned king of ancient Mataram kingdom. Borobudur is a Buddhist temple located at Borobudur, Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia.The location of the temple approximately 40 km to the northwest of Yogyakarta, 86 km to the west of Surakarta, and 100 km southwest of Semarang. Top of the temple stupa. This temple was founded by the Mahayana Buddhists around the year 800 AD during the reign of the Sailendra dynasty. Borobudur is the largest Buddhist temple in the world, is the center of worship for Buddhists from all over the world.
